30-day money-back guarantee
AddonNordic ApS offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid Nordic Data API subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.
How to request a refund
Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, either:
- visit paddle.net, look up your order using the email you used to purchase, and request a refund directly; or
- email us at contact@addonnordic.dk with your order reference and we will arrange the refund through Paddle.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. If a renewal charge was not expected, contact us within 14 days of the renewal date and we will normally refund it, provided the Service has not been used significantly during the new period.
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. Bank processing time is typically 3–10 business days.
