1. Seller
The Nordic Data API service (the "Service") is provided by AddonNordic ApS("AddonNordic", "we", "us"), a private limited company registered in Denmark.

By creating an account or using the Service, you ("you", "Customer") enter into a binding agreement with AddonNordic ApS.
2. Acceptance
By signing up for an account, generating an API key, or making any API call to the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
3. The Service
AddonNordic provides programmatic access to Nordic business data (including data sourced from public registers such as CVR) through the nordic-data-mcp NPM package and the HTTP API. Access is granted via a personal NORDIC_API_KEY and is metered according to the plan you have purchased.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service. In particular you must not:
- use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purpose;
- send spam or otherwise abuse third parties using data obtained from the Service;
- infringe any intellectual property rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, probe it for vulnerabilities, upload malware, or scrape it outside the documented API;
- resell, sublicense or redistribute the raw API output as a competing dataset;
- share your API key with third parties.
5. Intellectual property
AddonNordic retains all rights, title and interest in and to the Service, including the software, documentation, branding and any aggregated or derived data. You receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan.
6. Service level
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, and we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Payment, billing and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, currency, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your customer portal or by contacting support; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our acceptable use rules. Where reasonable, we will give you notice and an opportunity to cure first.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AddonNordic's aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
