2. Cookies we use
AddonNordic uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies, grouped as follows:
Strictly necessary
- Authentication session (Lovable Cloud / Supabase) — stores your signed-in session in
localStorageso you stay logged in. Without it, the dashboard and API key management cannot function. - Payment session (Paddle) — set during checkout to securely process your subscription. Required to complete a purchase.
Functional
- Crisp chat (crisp.chat) — stores a visitor identifier so our support chat can keep your conversation history across visits.
Analytics & marketing
We do not currently use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. If we introduce them in the future, this policy will be updated and (where required) you will be asked for consent first.
3. Legal basis
Strictly necessary cookies are set on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure service you have requested. Functional cookies (such as Crisp chat) are set on the basis of your consent, which you give by choosing to interact with the chat widget.
4. How to manage cookies
You can control cookies in several ways:
- Browser settings — all major browsers let you block or delete cookies. See instructions for Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
- Sign out — signing out of your AddonNordic account clears the authentication session from your browser.
- Disable Crisp chat — closing the chat widget and clearing site data for
addonnordic.comremoves Crisp identifiers.
Note: blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in or completing a purchase.
5. Third parties
Some cookies are set by third parties that help us run the service. See their own cookie/privacy notices for full detail:
- Paddle — payment processor (Merchant of Record).
- Supabase — authentication and database (operated via Lovable Cloud).
- Crisp — customer support chat widget.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the latest revision.
